Themeron, Did you just finish compiling a new core? If not, did you install any patches recently? Ordinals are an extension of natural numbers, and are commonly found in patches.

Ensure that you installed a version of OpenSSL that isn't a light version and matches 32-bit or 64-bit (for your computer.) After that, retry.

Either update your database or your configuration file.
