Well i just did a fresh TC install and got into the same error. Those dbc's are fine, they work with mangos. Problem seems that some dbc table has wrong format (missing updates). Problem is that TC updates don't have versioning like mangos, so don't know what update to apply. This causes a pretty misleading error, don't know why TC doesn't have versioned updates...
