[INVALID]Authserver, and Worldserver open and close instant (Helpp)

Sorry my bad english, I'm using a translator
good I have a repack 5.4.8, I open mysql, it opens normally is when I go to open the authserver is the worldserver they open and closes very fast. (NOTE: I downloaded it on my friend's computer is normal worked)
I have installed c ++, openssl ... among others
Please, can someone help me?
