Applying of file '/home/trinity/TrinityCore/sql/updates/characters/master/2020_02_17_00_characters.sql' to database 'characters' failed! If you are a user, please pull the latest revision from the repository. Also make sure you have not applied any of the databases with your sql client. You cannot use auto-update system and import sql files from TrinityCore repository with your sql client. If you are a developer, please fix your sql query.
Could not update the Character database, see log for details.

The content of '/home/trinity/TrinityCore/sql/updates/characters/master/2020_02_17_00_characters.sql' is as follows:
UPDATE `character_inventory` SET `slot`=`slot`+4 WHERE `slot`>=47 AND `bag`=0;

ALTER TABLE `item_instance_azerite`
  ADD `selectedAzeriteEssences1azeriteEssenceId4` int(10) unsigned NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER `selectedAzeriteEssences1azeriteEssenceId3`,
  ADD `selectedAzeriteEssences2azeriteEssenceId4` int(10) unsigned NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER `selectedAzeriteEssences2azeriteEssenceId3`,
  ADD `selectedAzeriteEssences3azeriteEssenceId4` int(10) unsigned NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER `selectedAzeriteEssences3azeriteEssenceId3`,
  ADD `selectedAzeriteEssences4azeriteEssenceId4` int(10) unsigned NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER `selectedAzeriteEssences4azeriteEssenceId3`;

I'm using Ubuntu 19.10 in an LXC container on an Ubuntu 18.04 host,  mariadb 10.3, database 8.2.5/32978 from the releases page, as this was the file that worldserver requested. I did take a look through the FAQs related to the database. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
