Dbc, Maps, mmaps, Vmaps problems

Hi,

I am trying to extract maps in Linux Debian 64 bits using the latest compiled code of mapextractor. I get this error:

Detected locale: esES

Opening ./Data/esES/locale-esES.MPQ

Opening ./Data/esES/patch-esES.MPQ

Opening ./Data/esES/patch-esES-2.MPQ

Opening ./Data/esES/patch-esES-3.MPQ

Fatal error: Invalid component.wow-esES.txt file format!

Any idea how to solve it?

PS: My client version says:

"Version 3.3.5 (12340)

Hello Well I have a Doubt.

I recently compiled a TrinityCore Ai already compiled the "mapextractor","vmap4assembler", "vmap4extractor" I extracted a [b] DBC, MAPS [/ b]However in time I'll Rip Vmaps. the extractor only extracts the Buildings and Non Extracts the Vmaps

If you're having an error similar to this one : "ERROR : extract v4.00 2012_02. Work not complete. precise vector data = 0", right click on the makevmaps_simple.bat file and hit Edit. Add this line above everything else : "cd <world of warcraft path destination>". It should look like this :


cd C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft

vmap4extractor.exe

md vmaps

vmap4assembler.exe Buildings vmaps 

pause

Then, right click it and hit Run as Administrator.

Hey everyone, I have read the how to wiki, and searched the forums... but I have a question. My friend is in control of the box we have, but I'm trying to get all of the map files needed. I downloaded the core onto my computer went into the SRC folder, then tools but I only found the folders. The EXE's aren't inside. Is there anyway to get the EXE files without going through the whole process? Sorry if this answer is posted somewhere else, I have been trying to figure this out for days. It is probably a small stupid step im missing. Thanks.

Because you needed to check the 'tools' option in cmake, before building..

How-to:Win - TrinityCore Wiki re-read through the wiki, an always compile tools from source.. really, its not hard. ^_^

Thank you for your help, I was wondering if there was anyway to get the exe's without having to do all of that, as my friend is the one compiling it on the server box.

Hi all,

I've a problem I do not understand.

I've compiled trinitycore on 2 differents servers with debian squeeze (last update) x64.

I followed every steps of the tutorial. The authserver works fine and launch without any error.

But, the worldserver does. It tells me " Map file '/HDD2/WoW/TrinityCore/data/maps/0004331.map' is from an incompatible clientversion."

So, what i did : recompile the server with DTOOLS=1 and then downloaded the extractor v4.

I put the files in my WoW root folder, and launched it. My client is well in 3.5.5 (12340) so the usually called 3.5.5a

The extractor extracts every maps very well without any error.

I uploaded the files with ftp using bin mode (to be sure),

And still i get the same error.

Has someone any idea ?

did you compile exractors from the current source your attempting to use? or are you mix matching?

How am I supposed to do this for the 4.3.4 branch? I have compiled and when I try to extract the maps, I just get a bunch of errors saying that the extractor cant open any of the files...?

Windows 7 64-bit

Client 4.3.4 15995 (Release x86)

Far as i know that branch is not ready for production yet. So why would you want to compile extractors for it??

      Hey there!

      I've followed a few threads here about map extraction, and am still having issues. Originally, I was having the issue described here.
      After following the advice given in that thread (creating characters of both BC races and running around for a bit), I am no longer getting that error, however now I get the following error while trying to extract maps:

      `Error loading World\Maps\Expansion01\Expansion01_42_6.adt`

      This repeats for every line in Expansion01, and then the extractor crashes.

      I'm not sure where else to go from here.

      Edit: I've created an 85 on an i85 server and flown all around Outland now, same issue.

      I appeal to the community because I can not find the dbc-cameras-vmaps-maps-mmaps-gt files of master 8.2.0.31478.
      I have the official version of the game in 8.2.5 and going through Arctium I do not have the data to extract all that, or else I get it wrong.
      Would anyone be kind enough to share all these extracted files please?

      Je remercie tout ceux qui donnent de leur temps pour faire évoluer TrinityCore.
      Je fais appel à la communauté, car je n'arrive pas à trouver les fichiers dbc-cameras-vmaps-maps-mmaps-gt de la version master 8.2.0.31478.
      J'ai la version officielle du jeu en 8.2.5 et en passant par Arctium je n'ai pas les données pour extraire tout cela, ou alors je m'y prends mal.

      Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait la bonté de partager tous ces fichiers extraits s'il vous plait ?

      Hi guys, this is my first post for help. I think this may be a really noob problem, but I just can't...... Sorry first if there's any mistakes.
      I tried to host 4.3.4 from https://gitlab.com/trinitycore/TrinityCore_434, but with no luck I keep recieving error like The `spell_proc` table entry for spellIdXXX has Attribute PROC_ATTR_REQ_SPELLMOD, but spell has no spell mods. Proc will not be triggered. Detailed log is attached below.
      I have host 3.3.5 without error, but when it comes to 4.3.4, I just can't figure out how to solve this situation. I've tried searching for similar problem, but they said it's client side issue. like this https://gitlab.com/trinitycore/TrinityCore_434/issues/165. I tried download different client data such as wowmortal, atlantiss, mangos wowregeneration...and other two client. But no luck with those...
      If anyone can show me any hint, I would really appreciate
