i am trying to make it so that all new characters start with a mount and max riding skill.
So i have figured out the Item to give as well as the coldweather flying spell, but i can't seem to get the riding skill to set to max on new character creation.
i have a DB Entry of '0', '0', '762', '300', 'Riding'
