[Compile or cmake problems]

1:Install vc 2010

2:Install vc 2010 Servicepack 1

3:Recmake

 

And done

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum not sure if this is the right place to post for assistance:/.

 

When i compile i get this error

this is the first time i get this error can anyone assist me with this please ?
