["unknown column" "missing table" "duplicate column" error / sql problems / SQLDriverLogFile < answer on 1st post of 1st page]

I checked http://www.trinitycore.org/f/topic/1518-trouble-with-your-trinity-install-readme-1st-faqs/?hl=%2Bhow+%2Bto+%2Bimport+%2Bauth+%2Bdb#entry51603 and did a search for how to import auth db and how to import characters db but I cant find where to download characters and auth db. When I used TDB_full_335.53_2014_03_29 it is only the world db. i tried importing auth db and character db updates but that didnt work. today i opened mysql and now i have the auth db and world but still no characters

I downloaded TDB Full + updates 53 but there is no characters or auth database only world. please help
