Having this same issue and can't figure out how to solve.  Any advice would be really appreciated to this newbie.

Using TDB Full_World 837_2010_2020_10_20.sql, Worldserver.conf is set to expansion 8, auth_account expansion is set to 8.  Not sure what else I'm missing.  Shadowlands is the only place I haven't figured out how to tele to.  "Teleport location now found"

Not sure what else I can do.
