When starting a new character (mage tested) frostbolt does 5 damage, the first mob you see has 45 health (undead area). as you level your damage increases very very slowly, when you are level 5 frostbolt scales up to 8 damage. tried a few other classes and noticed the same thing. Trinitycore master
