When my friends log in the same thing happens and with that client if i join another server its all in english so im pretty sure its about the source or some config that i really cant find

Hey everyone, hope you are all safe, i ve tryed to figure this out on my own but I couldnt, so when i open a vendor the item name appears in english but on a Xmog NPC it appears in spanish(wtf) also the chat names are in spanish like general chat etc are all writen in spanish, how can I change this? i have searched and didnt find anything about this issue Thanks in advance!
