Two side common channel for Horde and Alliance

Hi,

I want to create a common channel for the alliance and the horde. 
There are two teams in the characters.channels table (67 and 469).
How to create a common channel for both factions?

May not answer your question. But I've always let the players know on the how to connect page to /join world  which will create a channel upon joining it. Of course this will only work if cross faction chat is aloud.
