my authserver.conf my worldserver.conf the ports are opened (8085 and 3724) windows firewall are deactivated.

hi, i have a problem with connecting from outside, i open the ports 8085, and 3724. I can connect from localhost realmlist but my friend can't connect from outside (external ip previously configured in the db). He typed correct acc id and pass, and enter. Then, a window appeared that said "connected to server". Then the window said "authenticating" and remained stuck. help please.
