My bad... I've changed the port for SOAP to 9000 due to 7878 being taken, making this port not a requirement but merely optional.

As far I know there are a few ports that have to be forwarded in the router in order to get your server live. You need to forward: 8085 9000 3724 Also this is open to discussion though, it just depends on how you configured your Worldserver.conf file.
