woose
Hi, This is the second time on a different machine that I'm installing Trinity on, and yet again when trying to extract the vmaps I get this: (while in the WoW client directory:) $ /home/trinity/server/bin/vmap4extractor Your output directory seems to be polluted, please use an empty directory! <press return to exit> I can't figure out what that means. I'm following the instructions and everything has worked so far, but what exactly is "polluted?" There's nothing unusual about my client, so i don't know. Searches turn up nothing, so am I the only person having this problem? Thanks, Steve
skipperheartbeat
Did you create the vmaps directory first and is it empty?
woose
Hi, Thanks for your reply. I just did create a directory called vmaps (under the WoW client root) and it is empty, but I still get the same error.
woose
Well it's working now. It turns out I had a Buildings folder already there and it didn't like that. After deleting it everything worked as it should. Thanks! Hi, Thanks for your reply.
