I think that is better you open a new issue in the bug tracker for that problem.

Just ask to know if any developer has used the tools to extract data from client 7.1.0 23222 as it is a widespread problem. Not to share any game data.

The question is: Has any developer extracted the datas from the 23222 client?

If you have a proxy server specified in your system this error can appear, please remove the proxy and try again. It worked for me.
