  1. Bleh, thanks for pointing that out. Stupid mistake... But, strange, it doesn't work when I link to my installed mySQL, but it does when I link to the downloaded mySQL files from the git. Either way, thanks for pointing out my stupid, all solved.
  2. Hmm, no matter how I do this, I still get two errors. I solved all the others, but cannot solve these: Error 1 error LNK1107: invalid or corrupt file: cannot read at 0x368 C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 5.6liblibmysql.dll 1 1 bnetserver Error 5 error LNK1107: invalid or corrupt file: cannot read at 0x368 C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 5.6liblibmysql.dll 1 1 worldserver Yes, I have tried using the GIT download version (As recommended in the thread), as well as manually linking to my MySQL install. Both give me the same error.
  3. Noted. I will keep my eye on the forums and wait until it is to the level that we can at least log in to start testing.
  4. Mesaj, I am having the same problem. DBC issues with world server, though I can get auth and the btnet up fine. Oddly, I have the enUS client, but map extractor keeps creating an enUS and enGB folder. I also notice that the number of maps between each folder is different. I have even tried deleting the entire build folder and recompiling the servers again from scratch, but it still will not work. As for the client, I got the full client from Blizzard, so I doubt it is missing anything, and there are no more downloads coming in. Sometimes I get a DBC issue, sometimes world server just crashes as I am trying to start it. I can't seem to get anywhere on it either.
  5. Not sure why, but after recompiling and copying the dll over, it worked.
  6. I tried one version (32 bit), then the other when it didn't work (64 bit). Not sure what folder to copy to if that is needed, since it is not in the guide, but I tried it just like how we do with libeay32.dll, libmysql.dll, and ssleay.dll. So, in the release folder, same as the worldserver.exe and bnetserver.exe.
  7. I have searched all over the forum, in AC forums, in general Google, and cannot figure out what is wrong. I have uploaded the screenshot, but to also make this post searchable, I will also type the system error message: To try to fix this, I have done the following: Install the 32 bit Install the 64 bit copy the specific dll to my release folder. First with the 32 bit, then the 64 bit. I cannot get bnetserver or world to start, as both give this error. auth will start just fine though.
