  1. I've used this cmake config: cmake ../Trinitycore -DPREFIX=home/user/server -DTOOLS=1 and then make -j 9 (normally) make -d (for more error detalis)
  2. Ok. Solved with https://github.com/filius/TrinityCore/commit/fa8a085ab085fd38a9625bc017adab2a0fe4d22c .
  3. I have both zlib1g-dev and libbz2-dev on my OS... I don't know why they don't work...
  4. Wiki suggest to install the zlib1g-dev and libbz2-dev packets. Are zlib-devel and bzip2-devel something different?
  5. I get this error when I try to compile the core with tools (vmap extractor) on ubuntu 11.10. I've checked zlib and libbz are installed on my OS. ../../../dep/libmpq/libmpq.a(extract.c.o): In function `libmpq__decompress_bzip2': extract.c:(.text+0x7d): undefined reference to `BZ2_bzDecompressInit' extract.c:(.text+0xa4): undefined reference to `BZ2_bzDecompress' extract.c:(.text+0xb5): undefined reference to `BZ2_bzDecompressEnd' ../../../dep/libmpq/libmpq.a(extract.c.o): In function `libmpq__decompress_zlib': extract.c:(.text+0x1e6): undefined reference to `inflateInit_' extract.c:(.text+0x201): undefined reference to `inflate' extract.c:(.text+0x213): undefined reference to `inflateEnd'

  7. Solved. I've upgraded the ACE lib to 5.7.8 version. The core compiling was completed successfully. Thank you very much!
  8. I have an error like yours, something related to ACE lib. Read this.
  9. Hi there, Yesterday I tried to compile the core on linux ubuntu server, kernel 2.6.32-24, but the process broke off. The error log is in the spoiler: Any ideas about it? Thanks!
