I think you broke your mysql instalation, reinstall and start again, btw you need to use TrinityCore for TrinityDatabase, and the most updated DB version is https://github.com/downloads/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/TDB_full_335.11.41_2011_06_18.rar

IMHO if you don't have custom things get DB40, if you have custom things export customs and wipe world db import DB40 and import customs.

If you are updating a older core you need to apply the auth/characters sqls from the date of your previous core to the current date PLUS the world sqls from the full tdb date to the current core date.
