It doesn't matter if the content hasn't been changed at all (which I doubt) we cannot support something we didn't create, because we don't know what changes were made, you seem to be the only person with these issues, while those using the official guide and sources are not, that probably means, something was changed or corrupted in the crap you are using, but, as I said, it doesn't matter, we do not support other peoples changes to our work. Why is this so hard to understand? Coke uses city water to make its products (including that water you think is better than tap water) but, you can't contact the city when you get a flat Coke...

So, follow the official guide, or, ask your questions of who ever made that crap.

Sounds like you are running a repack, we don't support repacks, go ask whatever shady website you grabbed it from, or, compile your own.

You've been lucky enough not to run across an update that changes the tables handled by pdump, but, one day, you will, so, make sure you do a full backup just in case...

First question is, why do you need to create a whole new character DB, instead of just updating your current one, second question is, you do realize that if there are significant changes between your version and latest, pdump will actually fail, whereas updating will not, right?

Of course, improperly updated can also mean over updated, the characters and auth DB DO NOT need any updates applied on a fresh install, as you would already know if you had actually read the wiki closely, and properly followed the instructions closely.

Some of your pastebin links show "This paste has been removed!" and, you have obviously missed an update, somehow, according to your DB Errors log file.

If you get a sql error, you need to start over and do it properly, ignoring errors is stupid. All the sqls should apply without any errors...

NO! never navicat! SQLYog is what I use, and the best (and, should be only) recommendation for the masses is the mysql cli.

Maybe you should check out the required dependencies part of the wiki... Especially this...
