what do these say, also, you aren't giving any info at all, is this win 7, 8, XP, Vista? exactly what versions of 2013 have you tried? (ARM is most likely not the one you need, as it is the CPU used in tablets and smart phones) if using 7, you need desktop, if using XP, I think you mightbe Shit out of luck, unless Desktop also works there.

I didn't say debug it, I said compile in debug mode, or, relwithdebuginfo (or whatever it's called) mode.

At the very least, you need to recompile in debug mode, and see if you can get a proper crashlog, that would help us figure out what the problem is, but, I'm guessing you have a 32 bit/64 bit mismatch in some dependency.

CLI stands for Command Line Interface, by the way, and comes with mysql by default...
