  1. Hi , Why follow a guide on ac-web ? as it has nothing to do with Trinity Core and will be incorrect and usually is .......... You failed to even clone this in windows and now you are trying it on Linux ! Did you even look at the official trinity core wiki ? Please stop making new posts about errors that are down to "USER ERROR" and read the official trinity core wiki page = http://collab.kpsn.org/display/tc/TrinityCore+Home it will answer all your questions and help you install a working core . Regards Thugly related thread = http://www.trinitycore.org/f/topic/11194-extractors-dont-work/
  2. Hi , I disagree with "UI is safer and easier to use" due to the amount of mistake you have made . It is best practice not to deviate from the wiki as it was written for a reason and is written in a manor that even a novice can follow . Glad to see you have fixed your issue. regards Thugly
  3. Hi , Please clone in Git GUI not command line if you don't know what you are doing you are only going to make mistakes. Make a directory to clone to , make a directory to build in , this is best practice . example of git GUI clone for 3.3.5 = http://s11.postimg.org/d7upsdb03/git_clone_3_3_5.jpg regards Thugly
  4. Hi , If the link you have provided for the repo that you have cloned is correct you have cloned the wrong branch as it is for 6.x and not 3.3.5 . please re read the wiki and clone the correct branch . correct branch for 3.3.5 = https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/tree/3.3.5 6.x extractor's will not work with 3.3.5. regards Thugly
  5. Hi , Very good question "Billy" Very Typical answer from "Aokromes" ! "most of problems are valid for all branches" REALLY ! This would work very well and needs considered , but as you have seen the answer to this thread I would think it will never happen ....................... Shame my two cents Thugly
  6. Hi , I am interested in this too . I believe this error was introduced by this commit https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/commit/2eee1b349f599f92f78c58418d128f386ef3b86d As far as I see it has no impact on the server . It maybe under my situation because I already had characters in my database trying to sell items with the AHbot when it was broken . I have back trace and this commit does prove this error "AccountMgr::HasPermission: Wrong accountId 0 " but no idea why . Thugly
  7. Hi mitar95x , Your error is simple "ITS IN RED AT THE BOTTOM OF CMAKE" Install Git correctly ! Follow the wiki guide it is there to help you . Also if the path is incorrect too because you used directories other than C: to install Git then check the "Advanced box" in Cmake and see where it is looking for the Git extensions . You would not have this issue if you had read the wiki , as it states the required software and setup , Please take time to read it !
  8. Hi , The answer is in the error . (missing: OPENSSL_LIBRARIES OPENSSL_INCLUDE_DIR) In Cmake check the tab that says advanced and check where Cmake is looking for the OpenSSL Libraries if it is not the location you have installed OpenSSL then change it to the correct Dir . example = C:OpenSSL-Win64/include This issue is common when you install Cmake or OpenSSL to directories other than C: without telling Cmake where to look for OpenSSL as default it will look at C: in less told other wise. I would suggest if you are a novice to compiling Trinity Core that you only use your C: drive to install all the required components and compiling as adding/changing directories will confuse you or cause errors like the issue you have .
  9. Hi , You need MS Visual Studio (Express) ≥ 12 (2013) (Windows only) Please read the wiki as the standards for compiling TC have been updated And I have it for window 7
  10. Hi , THIS FORUM AND ITS MODS ARE A JOKE !! Twice I have replied to this thread and twice it has been moved or deleted , also your handling of cookies on this board is at least pathetic or down right irresponsible . Grow the FUCK UP ............ Any little kid and a internet connection can run a website and a forum today , why can you not "TRINITYCORE" ? Still can not sign out due to your bull shit "21:15 pm , 02 - 21 - 2014 " And while I am at it and really pissed off , why the fuck do you get people who's native language is not English to edit the TrinityCore Wiki ? Don't believe me go and read it from top to bottom , Including the wiki for 4.3.4 I hope mods do and see there mistakes ......................................!
  11. Hey Mac lover . Steven Paul "Steve" Jobs is Dead , Get over it !! And you don't understand x32 on x64 do you .
  12. Hi , Bullshit , You fixed it with a different compiler what Shit .. Read the fucking Wiki . Oh you did already and found out you made a mistake but flame everyone ! because people here have never ever compiled it before and your better . yeah the fix is install this "GET FUCKING LIFE"
  13. Hi , And you part quoting me helps . Really !
  14. Hi , again DO YOU HAVE OPENSSL INSTALLED CORRECTLY!! I would hazard a guess you DO NOT ! READ THE WIKI
  15. Hi , Do you have OpenSSl installed correctly ?? This is not that hard !! PLEASE REREAD THE WIKI !!!!!!
  16. Hi , How would you like me to help ? Silver Spoon ? You need to read the Wiki , Believe me its not that hard .. And I can compile this in all OS wither it Linux x32 or x64 or Windows x32 or x64 or and I hate this "MAC" So your problem is ? With out error logs from Cmake or VS , We can not help . We are not clairvoyant And why do you noobies always use Directories above C:
  17. Hi , That is not true what you have just stated in your post .
  18. Hi , Use the search function next time on this forum , or read the wiki ......... And because you have 64bit makes no difference to this project . Many others can compile this in all operating systems i.e x86 or x64, Linux or Windows
  19. Hi , I suspect from the error that the source directory was not set correctly in Cmake or Cmake was installed to D: along with the source files , If this is the case in windows you must set the flags in Cmake not just the directory . If Cmake and source are installed to C: then Cmake by default looks for the source in that directory . This may be the pitfalls of a windows install . But after suggesting that the OP used only C: ,They have successfully compiled it in windows xp as I understand , So I was correct about Cmake and the directories in windows .
  20. Hi , In windows 7 x64 you may need to unhide hidden files and folders and manually delete left over files from VS as just uninstalling the program does not always remove all associated files .
  21. Hi , To the OP your first error was because you had two directories and cmake complains about this , If you are new to this please just use C: as the main directory for the install of components and compile . The new error is because you have not fully uninstalled VS and have left some cashe folders and VS gives errors when upgrading to VS2012 or using cmake. I would scratch it and start again and use only C: Also 32 bit compile is fine in a x64 bit os providing you have the run times installed i.e vcredist x86
  22. Hi , Just out of curiosity what run times do you have installed on windows 8 ? Do you have every version of vc redist installed from 2005 both x86 and x64 ? That might be worth looking at . I am unfamiliar with window 8 so can only make suggestions on this . Also have you tried a clean pull from git and re compile , Just a suggestion as it might be your source has got corrupted .
  23. Hi, You do not change the ip address in the auth config for other people to connect as this will stop it connecting to MySQL on 127.0.0.1 as your auth log shows . You need only change the ip in the Realmlist table in MySQL . Does your world server stop when it reports the error in bold ? as I have not seen that before , But this might be because you have changed the auth config !
  24. hi, I would like to ask a few questions about this subject , I understand this was written a while ago but I would like to ask anyway I have run MySQL 5.6.x for a bit running it with TC and noticed no real issues , But and here is the thing if I do the recommendations to change "sql_mode = NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION,TRADITIONAL " my server is faster , Well not the server as of such more the way spells/casts e.t.c run in DB. And I would understand that strict mode my slow the process of procedures handled in the DB due to processing time but would it not be better to turn "strict mode off " if the DB is Only used for TC ? As almost every version of MySQL seems to change the way "Strict mode" is commented example = MySQL ver 5.5.33 x32 "STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION" but MySQL ver 5.1.9 x32 is "NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION" knowing you do not support this version! any input would be great
  25. Hi you need to read the wiki simply opening a sql in HeidiSQL does not make it install / run a sql query http://collab.kpsn.org/display/tc/How-to_Win aslo note : HeidiSQL versions are different and features maybe in different locations as to the wiki
