    I have compiled TC on Debian 9 using both gcc 6.3.0 and Clang 6.0 for months.

    Typical CentOS, i sugest you to try clang (i known it works on debian 9 up to clang 6.0.0) instead gcc 7.2.1.

    7.3.2 branch is experimental and unusuported, use master branch or 3.3.5a.

    if you use 3g/4g very likely you are under a NAT / CGNAT so external connections never can reach your lan without external tools.

    Simply be sure you have mysql strict mode disable and leave core to do the work of import updates, forget of manually apply updates.
