Debian 9 with clang.

To start, i recommend you to compile on 64 bits mode.

from what i can see there is no such locale.

Also OS AND compiler can make big differences.

on ubuntu you must compile boost yourself, uninstall systemwide boost.

use debian 8 with clang, if you need newer clang use clang repo to get clang 5 or newer, you may need to compile boost yourself.

you look to be using some custom core, no TC repo contains isActive column.

you have a CONFIG on worldserver / authserver /bnetserver .conf you don't have to edit no c++ file. and again 2 gb of ram are TO LOW to run tc.
