update core and rerun cmake, mesh extractor was removed because it was unfinished experimental broken stuff.

Maybe you are trying to apply hotfixes database updates into world database. And no, you don't need to apply updates over characters database on a fresh install.

No, there is no conversor from auth system accounts to bnet system.
