Hi all TrinityCore developers,

I have problem with installing the newest database. I installed the database and all updates that were in the rar with TDB and in the sql / updates.

At start server list me:

Loading GameObject models...

>> Loaded 2321 GameObject models in 1 ms

Loading Script Names...

>> Loaded 2044 Script Names in 89 ms

Loading Instance Template...

>> Loaded 83 instance templates in 0 ms

Loading instances...

>> Loaded instances in 2 ms

Loading Localization strings...

[1054] Unknown column 'Id' in 'field list'

Your database structure is not up to date. Please make sure you've executed all queries in the sql/updates folders.

Aborted

And I don't know in which the table i can find this column so that I could try to fix.

Thanks for any help.

Edit: http://www.trinitycore.org/f/topic/1518-trouble-with-your-trinity-install-readme-1st-faqs/ I tried but still the same.

Hi TC,

I'd like to make a 3.3.5 WoW server and I followed the how to win guide.

Now I need to launch worldserver.exe to creat account (etc), but when I launch it, it loads maps, that says me:

"[1054]Unknown column 'Id' in 'field list'

Your database structure is not up to date. Please make sure you've executed all queries in the sql/updates folders.

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in a unsual way.

Pleace contact the application's support team for more information."

I'v read this topic :http://www.trinitycore.org/f/topic/7585-worldserverexe-sudden-crash/   and  I've done all updates of my updates folder but I still have this error message.

I downloaded the last database update and now worldserver runs normally. Thanks and sorry for disturbance.

This is why we need to stop depending solely on git for revision info, even displaying compile date when git info is unavailable would give us more of a clue than a bunch of 0s...

Or refuse any help to people with all 0s.

So I compiled the lastest trinitycore and when i compiled it there , I noticed there was already a libmysql.dll there so, I just grabbed the other two DLLs needed from OPENSSL, and the maps dbc and vmaps, and I would be ready to go, how ever when I used the libmysql already included i would get this error

http://puu.sh/1U3gj

The last row says its cannot connect to the login server, auth. It contained a password so I didn't include it

then when I use my libmysql.dll from the MYSQL folder I installed I get this

When pulling a fresh source to update my own server how do I know what database updates I need to apply from "TrinityCoresqlupdates" ?

Cannot remember what the date was when I pulled my last source.

This has always confused me for some strange reason.

For fresh source, assuming you got TDB 50, all of the .sqls in sqlupdatesworld

Characters and auth updates are not required for fresh compiles.

Now, that said, next time you *update*, you will need to import all the *new* .sqls that are in world, characters, and auth

(take notes of the last sqls imported)

(personally, I wipe and import the whole world db every update; I don't do that for characters nor auth but the number of .sqls for those two DBs is way less than world)

I was talking about the updates in the source...not the database itself.

You got me lost...

      Hi,

The chat channel Lookup for group is not available when a player isn't in a city. I tried to modify the worldserver.conf file with:
      #
      #    Channel.RestrictedLfg
      #        Description: Restrict LookupForGroup channel to characters registered in the LFG tool.
      #        Default:     1 - (Enabled, Allow join to channel only if registered in LFG)
      #                     0 - (Disabled, Allow join to channel in any time)
      Channel.RestrictedLfg = 0

I restarted the server but it didn't help.

      Thanks

I believe everything I have done up to this point has been correct. When I go to launch worldserver.exe a console window opens up for a second and closes right away and nothing else seems to have happened. I skipped a head a little in the instructions to see what is left and step 5 seems skippable since I am running this only for this computer and step 6 has me launch to a log in screen which I can not get to. I tried going to the faq but the page was not loading properly so I am forced to post here.

Well ... today I was about to compile the trinity core version for WoW 4.3.4 of this repository "https://gitlab.com/trinitycore/TrinityCore_434". Download them and when you use the cmake, I generate the solution correctly. When I began to compile this went well until I got to the last step, when I was 90% practically.
